ITIC Advanced Function

Gopher State One Call (GSOC) users have access to a web-based ticketing system called ITIC Online Ticket Entry to file locate requests. Users save time and increase efficiency with features such as simple navigational tools, interactive mapping, and auto-fill data fields, to name a few. New Year's closures - Tuesday, 1/1/19

We will be taking calls for emergency locates only on Tuesday, Jan. 1st for New Year's Day, but remember, you can file a ticket online 24/7. NOTE: Monday will not count towards your standard 48 hour notice when filing a locate, so please plan accordingly.

GSOC Spotlight: Kim Boyd

Kim Boyd PicKim Boyd, One Call Concepts, Inc. (OCC) General Manager for Gopher State One Call (GSOC), oversees and manages the daily operations of the GSOC notification center, while also working closely with registered facility operators. She enjoys partnering with the IT department to develop new and exciting technology for stakeholders. You may see Kim attending damage prevention meetings around Minnesota, as well as the annual Common Ground Alliance (CGA) Excavation Safety Conference and other industry-related events to stay updated on new technology and advancements in the field.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology. Kim started working in the one call industry as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the Missouri notification center in 2000. She began working for OCC when they took over operations of the Missouri center in 2002. Throughout 2003-2015, Kim held other positions as a Fax Operator, ITIC Coordinator, and then National ITIC Coordinator. She relocated to Minnesota for the GSOC General Manager position, having nearly two decades of experience in the underground utility damage prevention industry.

Kim welcomes stakeholders to reach out to her with questions, ideas, and feedback. She is always interested in hearing new ideas and feedback from those who frequently use the one call system. GSOC is always looking for ideas to enhance their online tools to meet the everyday needs of their stakeholders. GSOC’s top priority is for users to create safe and accurate tickets each and every time.
